Nestled in the Pacific North West, surrounded by Vineyards (yeah we like our wine) is our farm and family!  We follow a Ketogenic Diet, also known as Keto.  Its a way of life that requires you to eat high-fat, moderate protein, and low-carb diet with the intention of brining the body into Ketosis.

Ketosis is when the body uses a substance called ketone bodies to produce energy for the body instead of glucose (sugar).  The Ketones are derived from the fat stored in your body, a win here it helps you lose the unneessary fat from your body!  

Keto to a beginner can be a bit overwhelming, but it all comes down to a few catergories.  You eat roughly 70-75% fat, 20-25% protein, and 5-10% carbs.
